Weirdest episode yet. Maybe not for you lot but it was for me, because in this episode I chat chit to my own mum. A couple of weeks ago we chatted to Jackie(E16) about her daughter Helens story(E2). This is the second episode of a similar nature where we talk to my mum and what she did to try understand mental health, help me at the time I was struggling and help herself. Hopefully this gives an opportunity to people to understand what a parent might be thinking and a few tips and tricks that might help if you are trying to support someone. I genuinely really enjoyed recording this episode and hope it can show the way you can be open with your family about your mental health and what you may be going through. Enjoy.
